  1. 500 gm white soft khoya
  2. 2 cup sugar
  3. to taste Almonds
  4. to taste Cashews
  5. 1 tsp Elaichi powde


1.Grate khoya witha a steel grater and set aside.
2.Ina large heavy pan or nonstick pan add khoya and stir it for few min. At low flame.
3.When khoya becomes sticky or thick switch off flame and rest this for cool down.
4.Add sugar and elaichi powder and finely chopped almonds and cashews.
5.Make a shape of pedas and put some dry fruits on peda for garnish.
6.Serve khoya peda chilled.
