We are foodies. Growing up in India there were always so many food options. But the one that we looked forward to most was Egg night. Eggs mixed with different spices and cooked in different gravies Mhmhmm. Our mouth is watering just thinking about it. That’s what inspired us to bring Indian style eggs to America. Anyone can scramble an egg or cook up an omelet but to add the right seasonings takes skill. And that’s what we have perfected. Don’t worry, we haven’t simply stopped at eggs, we also have twists on sandwiches, rice, and so much more! We enjoy food and having fun and know that there are more like us out there.
